I was inspired to start teaching fitness as I learnt at a very young age how great I felt after doing exercise and how my mental, emotional and physical health benefited from regular exercise.
I hope to inspire my class to be the very best they can be, both in our fitness classes and in their lives outside of our classes. To help ‘normal’ everyday ladies feel better about themselves and be the very best version of themselves.
I offer a wealth of experience and understanding of health issues and I love helping ladies return to fitness after injury or surgery or just a sedentary lifestyle.
We offer a wide variety of fun and accessible classes. I love the energy and enthusiasm from the Tuesday Dancefit team, who workout to my own choreographed routines in the large gym, right though to the purpose built relaxing Pilates studio, with soft mats and mood lighting.
