Fitness in hot weather

No need to stop training in this weather, simple steps make it easy to keep enjoying your workouts.
 
1 – Wear the right clothes, this is not the weather for long leggings and heavy T shirts, 
2 – Drink tons of water, before during and after class
3 – breathe out properly allow your body to shed hot air!
4 – make sure I have the extractors on, they keep our room fairly cool
