Dancefit: Dance fitness is a type of group fitness (or group exercise) class that incorporates some or many forms of dance.
Body Blast: Body Blast is a fun and challenging class which uses your body weight, resistance and cardio to shape and tone your whole body while burning fat.
Step and Sculpt: Simple, heart-pumping step aerobics routines combine with strength training intervals to give you a complete cardio and weights workout.
Step and Tone: Step & Tone aerobics classes are a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular square or circle platform.
Pure Pilates: Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of non-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.
